Understanding the Pathophysiology

These include general measures (oxygen therapy, diuretics), targeted PH therapies (endothelin receptor antagonists, phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors, prostacyclin analogs), and advanced therapies (atrial septostomy, lung transplantation).
