Management Strategies

Pharmacological therapy may be considered in recurrent cases. Orthostatic hypotension is managed by addressing the underlying cause and employing non-pharmacological measures. Cardiac syncope requires urgent evaluation and may necessitate cardiac pacing or defibrillator implantation.
