Pathophysiology of Pulmonary Hypertension

Therapeutic options include general measures (oxygen therapy, diuretics), targeted PH therapies (endothelin receptor antagonists, phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors, prostacyclins), and in severe cases, lung transplantation.
