Telemedicine has emerged as a powerful tool for managing sleep apnea. Remote patient monitoring and virtual consultations provide continuous care while reducing the need for hospital visits. This approach not only increases patient compliance but also enables timely intervention, improving overall treatment outcomes.
Oral appliance therapy has gained prominence as an alternative to Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) therapy. These custom-fitted devices, designed to keep the airway open, offer a comfortable and portable solution for patients who struggle with CPAP machines.
