Anti-IL-23 agents, such as risankizumab and guselkumab, have shown promise in Phase II trials for Crohn's disease. Similarly, JAK inhibitors like tofacitinib have demonstrated efficacy in ulcerative colitis. These targeted therapies offer potential for improved disease control and reduced side effects.
