Implementing an effective ASP is a complex task that requires a multifaceted approach. By establishing a multidisciplinary team, developing tailored interventions, continuously monitoring and evaluating outcomes, and leveraging information technology, hospitals can effectively combat antimicrobial resistance and improve patient care.
