For example, tight glucose control in diabetic neuropathy or vitamin replacement in deficiency states. Pain management, physical therapy, and occupational therapy play crucial roles in managing symptoms and improving quality of life.
Peripheral neuropathy is a complex disorder with a broad differential diagnosis. A systematic approach to evaluation, incorporating clinical history, physical examination, and appropriate investigations, can help identify the underlying cause and guide management.
