Treatment of vertigo is directed towards the underlying cause. This may involve medications, physical therapy, lifestyle modifications, or in some cases, surgery. Patient education and reassurance are also key components of management.

By understanding its pathophysiology and implementing a thorough assessment strategy, healthcare professionals can provide optimal patient care and improve outcomes for individuals suffering from this challenging condition.
