This involves identifying at-risk individuals, conducting regular risk assessments, implementing appropriate interventions, and monitoring patient progress. Furthermore, healthcare professionals are instrumental in educating patients about their risk factors and the importance of lifestyle modifications.
Addressing the risk factors for CVD is a multi-faceted approach involving the identification, assessment, and mitigation of these risks. Healthcare professionals are at the forefront of this endeavor, playing a pivotal role in improving patient outcomes in CVD. Through a combination of clinical expertise and patient education, the burden of CVD can be significantly reduced.
