Continuing medical education (CME) is crucial in promoting rational antibiotic use. CME programs can provide healthcare professionals with the latest information on antibiotic resistance, guidelines for antibiotic prescribing, and strategies for implementing ASPs. They can also equip healthcare professionals with the skills to educate patients about the importance of proper antibiotic use.
The rational use of antibiotics is crucial in medical practice to ensure patient health and combat antibiotic resistance.
