In refractory cases, minimally invasive procedures such as intravesical botulinum toxin, sacral neuromodulation, and percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation are recommended. Minimally invasive and surgical interventions are reserved for refractory cases and should be discussed in multidisciplinary settings. Regular follow-up is essential to monitor symptom progression, treatment response, and emerging complications. Shared decision-making and patient education are integral components of guideline-based management.
