The article explores how digital tools, electronic health records, telemedicine, and data analytics are being leveraged to support evidence-based Unani care, improve patient outcomes, and foster research. Emerging issues such as digital literacy, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks are also addressed, providing a comprehensive overview for clinicians and healthcare professionals navigating the digital era of Unani medicine.

Unani medicine, derived from the teachings of Hippocrates, Galen, and refined by Arab physicians, has been a cornerstone of holistic healthcare in South Asia and beyond. With the proliferation of digital technologies, traditional Unani practitioners are encountering new modalities for education, practice, and research.
