Healthcare professionals should utilize validated risk assessment tools, address modifiable risk factors aggressively, be aware of the impact of non-modifiable risk factors, and stay updated on emerging risk factors. By doing so, we can significantly reduce the burden of CVD and improve patient outcomes.
