Therapeutic strategies for ACS have significantly evolved. The introduction of novel antiplatelet drugs, such as Ticagrelor and Prasugrel, have shown superior efficacy compared to traditional therapies. Furthermore, the role of early invasive strategies, including percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), has been reinforced, especially in high-risk patients.
