The Surviving Sepsis Campaign guidelines recommend initiating antibiotics within one hour of sepsis identification and reassessing the patient's condition regularly to guide further management.

Continuous education, adherence to guidelines, and a multidisciplinary approach to care are essential to improving sepsis outcomes. Healthcare systems should also prioritize sepsis awareness and education among staff to ensure early recognition and prompt intervention.
