Despite advances in biomedical interventions, the complexity and heterogeneity of chronic illness often challenge standardized protocols. Integrative medicine approaches, particularly the incorporation of individualized systems like Ayurveda, have gained attention for their potential to address patient-specific variability. Central to Ayurveda is the concept of Prakriti, the inherent constitutional makeup of an individual determined by the balance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas.
