Electrocardiography (ECG) interpretation is an essential skill in clinical medicine. Common ECG abnormalities include arrhythmias, myocardial infarction, and conduction disorders. Arrhythmias may present as tachycardia or bradycardia, irregular rhythm, or absent P waves. Myocardial infarction is often indicated by ST segment elevation or depression. Conduction disorders such as bundle branch block or AV block can be identified by widened QRS complex or prolonged PR interval, respectively.
While ECG interpretation provides valuable information, it should always be correlated with the patient's clinical presentation. Symptoms, physical examination findings, and other diagnostic tests should be considered to make an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

A systematic approach combined with a thorough understanding of the ECG waveform and common abnormalities can greatly enhance diagnostic accuracy. However, it is essential to remember that ECG findings should always be interpreted in the context of the patient's overall clinical picture.
