Blood pressure targets have been refined, with lower thresholds for high-risk populations. Guidelines advocate for the minimization of nephrotoxic exposures, proactive management of cardiovascular risk, and timely referral for transplantation evaluation. Multidisciplinary care and patient education are highlighted as essential components of comprehensive nephrology care. Continued updates are anticipated as new evidence emerges, particularly regarding novel therapeutics and digital health integration.
