Women consistently exhibit greater longevity than men, yet they often experience a higher burden of chronic diseases during later years. Recognizing the impact of sex differences on aging, disease susceptibility, and treatment response is essential for clinicians aiming to implement effective preventive and therapeutic interventions tailored to female patients. This article explores the scientific foundations and clinical implications of female longevity medicine, emphasizing evidence-based, sex-specific care pathways.
