Non-pharmacological strategies encompass lifestyle modifications, physical therapy, and psychological support. It is essential to individualize the treatment plan based on the patient's needs and preferences.

Understanding the multifaceted nature of fatigue, thorough assessment, accurate diagnosis, and tailored management strategies are crucial to improving patient outcomes.
