Once risk assessment is complete, a personalized risk management plan should be formulated. This includes lifestyle modifications, pharmacotherapy, and in some cases, surgical interventions. Regular follow-up and reassessment of risk are essential to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.

A comprehensive approach, incorporating traditional and non-traditional risk factors, biomarkers, and genetic risk scores, can enhance risk prediction.
