Physicians should educate patients about the significance of elevated liver enzymes and the potential implications on their health. This can encourage compliance with recommended lifestyle changes and therapeutic interventions.

A systematic approach, involving a thorough history, physical examination, appropriate investigations, and tailored management, is essential.
