Pharmacological management of migraines has expanded beyond simple analgesics and triptans, with the advent of Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide (CGRP) antagonists. These monoclonal antibodies, including erenumab, fremanezumab, and galcanezumab, have shown promise in preventing migraines.
