This can be achieved by considering factors such as age, comorbidities, and the presence of alarming symptoms. Depending on the risk stratification, the approach to diagnostic testing may vary. By applying this comprehensive approach, clinicians can efficiently identify the underlying cause of UWL and initiate appropriate management.
