These include: • Antifungal medications: Antifungal medications, such as fluconazole or itraconazole, can be used to treat Candidiasis. • Topical antifungal creams: Topical antifungal creams, such as clotrimazole or miconazole, can be applied directly to the affected area to treat Candidiasis. • Dietary changes: Eliminating sugar and processed foods from the diet can help to reduce the symptoms of Candidiasis. • Probiotics: Taking probiotics can help to restore the balance of bacteria in the body, making it more difficult for Candida to overgrow. • Stress reduction: Reducing stress can help to strengthen the immune system and make it more difficult for Candida to overgrow.
