Furthermore, healthcare professionals can provide support and education to caregivers, thereby reducing caregiver burden.
With the ongoing research in neurodegenerative diseases, the future of dementia care looks promising. Advances in neuroimaging and biomarker research may enable earlier and more accurate diagnosis. Moreover, new treatment modalities, such as disease-modifying therapies, are on the horizon.

As healthcare professionals, it is our responsibility to stay abreast of the latest developments in this field, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. The journey towards a world without dementia is a long one, but with our collective efforts, it is a goal within reach.
