Regular monitoring of renal function, albuminuria, and cardiovascular status is recommended to guide therapy and prevent progression. Public health strategies should prioritize community-based screening, health education, and integration of CKD prevention into chronic disease management programs. Multidisciplinary collaboration is essential to implement guideline-driven care and optimize health system performance.
