These programs integrate ergonomic assessments, physical activity interventions, education, and psychosocial support, aligning with contemporary recommendations for comprehensive workplace health management. Understanding the scientific rationale and clinical effectiveness of these interventions is essential for physicians, occupational therapists, and healthcare administrators tasked with optimizing worker health and productivity.
