In severe cases, lung transplantation may be considered. It's crucial to individualize treatment plans based on the patient's clinical condition and underlying cause of PH.

Furthermore, patient education about the disease, its treatment, and lifestyle modifications is an essential part of management.

Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment can significantly improve the quality of life and prognosis for patients suffering from this debilitating condition.
