Discontinuities between providers, insurers, pharmacies, and care settings often result in delayed, interrupted, or denied access to critical therapies. The ramifications extend beyond individual patient care, impacting public health metrics and resource utilization. Case-based learning offers a dynamic approach to understanding and addressing these multifaceted challenges, providing contextually rich scenarios that highlight both system-level and patient-specific barriers.
