Study: Reduction of extracutaneous melanoma and skin cancer in atopic patients

People with a history of atopic disease, such as allergic asthma or rhinitis, have a lower incidence of melanoma than those without atopy. The risk of melanoma in atopic people is up to 50% lower than in controls.
